Terrible Customer Service

Called the store and asked if they carried DensShield and was told that they do. Drove over an hour both ways to pick it up. Came home to find the wrong product was loaded in my truck. My receipt says 1/2" 8' denshield. They gave me Diamondback by CertainTeed instead of DensShield by Georgia Pacific. Called the store back and was screamed at by a unprofessional women claiming that they were the same thing. She was clearly uncertain the first time she made the claim and then started to shout it as if that would make it seem like she knew what she was talking about. I worked as a customer service rep for 5 years over the phone. Whenever I have to speak to representatives over the phone, I strive to be polite and reasonable. This women was unbelievably rude. I asked to speak to a manager and she started to say he was out and then stopped and said it didn't matter because they don't accept returns EVER. Terrible customer service. Things can be stated in a professional manner without resorting to a school yard argument attitude!!! Told her I would be leaving a bad review and she told me I couldn't because they don't have a website. What a joke.
