Dr. Trotter never makes me feel rushed and is always willing to listen. His nurse Anna is very good about returning calls and is always easy to talk to. If I had to critique anything, the office needs to be updated. The exam rooms are a mess and look like they've seen better days. When you have to use a plastic step stool to get on an exam table, it's time to look at a replacement. A good...

I've seen Dr Trotter for more than 5 years. Grapevine Internal Medicine Centre has definitely gone downhill. The office staff is rude & inconsiderate.
