Ive had several bad experiences with movers so was very pessimistic on how the move would go... However TROSA moving was very professional, came on time, gave me the paperwork and got right to work. We recently had a most wonderful and positive moving experience!! We moved from NC to NH. The 5 Men Trosa sent to help get our stuff together, were very pleasant,helpful,worked well together and were very knowledgeable in what they were doing. We waited a week for our stuff to get to us. I used them this weekend for a cross town move. I got an in-home estimate a couple weeks ago. They guy who did my estimate was happy to answer questions later. I found out the day before the move that the new apartment was blocked off because of a parade. I called my contact who was happy to reschedule for later in the day. The crew who came out was wonderful! They were very professional, very strong, fast and hardworking. They worked well together and were friendly and polite. I have had Trosa move me twice, (the only times I needed to move in the Triangle area). Awesome group of men. Three very big, very polite adults. Both of my moves were extremely stressful for personal reasons, but these men were so good at what they did and had such a calming demeanor about them it made the moves so much easier.
