Set up appt w person who turned out to be owner. He called day of appt - after my husband took time off to meet w him, saying running late, HE NEVER SHOWED. My husband actually tried to reset appt, got terse "I'm in a meeting" text and haven't heard from him since. Just tried to make the one star …

I am unimpressed. We used Tropical Designs for our swimming pool repair. We got multiple bids and didn't plan on going with Charles, but he called my husband and really seemed to want the job....
