Ruined my skirt, accused me of lying. Now I'm out a new, expensive skirt. This is definitely not an honest or worthwhile cleaner. There are so many cleaners in the area-- any are better!!

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and they LOSE your clothes! I came 2 minutes after they closed and I was shouted and given rude gestures by an employee inside. Needless to say, they didn't open up. If you're looking for a friendly or helpful cleaner, this is not the place. I called with some pricing questions and the woman answering the phone sounded annoyed and was rude.

Do NOT use this cleaner! This place lost 18 items of ours and "found" 16 of them 6 months later. They are extremely rude and disorganized, and the place smells horrible when you walk in, which is not particularly what you want your clothes to smell like.I spoke with Sulema who had horrible customer service.Beware!!

Brought in an expensive skirt for cleaning, and it came back completely ruined. Shrunken, puckered, and unwearable, when I took it back in to discuss the status of the skirt, they called me a liar, told me I had washed it at home (nope), and were so discourteous. Horrid customer service, I'm still so frustrated!
