The outside of the building is not much to look at but the second I saw the interiors, I loved it! Open plan with big windows, elevated ceilings, awesome brick walls and hardwood floors. I'm an artist so for me, it's the perfect live/work space. Great neighbours, great management.

I lived here for 2 years, 2008 - 2010. There are some really awesome aspects to the place as well as some significant downers. Pro: *The lofts themselves are really cool, old-style lofts...just big empty rooms with exposed ceilings, hardwood floors - ready for you to make your own. *Excellent location …

Great lofts & great neighbours

Love my loft- huge space with lots of light, 12 ft ceilings, brick walls and hardwood floors. And- they take all dogs! No breed or weight restrictions! My neighbours are awesome, no noise issues and everyone is friendly. What few problems I had (parking, calls not being returned) since moving here, are no longer a problem since they got a new manager.
