Im not sure what the other two reviewers are smoking... I am assuming they are fake reviews by some competitor in the market, or a completely ignorant contractor. Trimlite does NOT sell directly to homeowners or contractor's they are a wholesaler and importer. As someone who DOES buy from them ( among other suppliers ) i can say with actual experience that they do honor warranties quickly and...

Agreed with previous reviewer. Trimlite has really bad customer service. They are the manufacturer & importer yet they always blame the installer and make you work through your installer. Their managers will lie to get out of honoring your warranty. Shop somewhere else for peace of mind even if it costs a little higher.

Don’t ever buy a door from Trimlite. They will not honor their warranty and will make every attempt to make customer work solely with the installer. The warranty is between the customer and the manufacturer, not the installer. The only due diligence the installer should take is to review the installation to make sure it is plumb, no damage (caused by nature, accident, or homeowner, etc…),...
