I took my ProHeat Bissel Carpet Cleaner to them to be repaired. I was assured that they could repair it and that I would be called when the repairs were done. I needed a vacuum repaired and called ahead. Hours until 6pm. I arrived 5:50 and the doors are locked. Took my business elsewhere.
