I found Dr. Perryman to be very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He really took the time to listen to my concerns. He was highly recommended to me by two other physicians who use him as their personal doctor. I was very pleased with my visit to his office. I thought his office staff were excellent too.

I am a patient and have used Dr Perryman for about 4 years. Recently, they want you to set up an office visit every six months, even after a yearly physical, to fill ROUTINE PRESCRIPTIONS! This is not right and is costly to the patient. I do not recommend this doctor as your primary physician.

I like Dr. Perryman but staff his staff is another story. I dropped off paperwork from my employer that is required to verify that I saw the doctor for my yearly check up from Viverae. The staff to that could take one or two weeks to fax to Viverae. Three weeks later I was notified by Viverae that it never came. I was charged $50.00 for this. Now I missed the deadline and my health insurance...

The billing process and resolution assistance with the business should be classified as criminal. The information they provide is not accurate and the staff does not care about customer satisfaction even if you have been a patient for decades. They will not reply to requests to send you a statement, give you correct account numbers, or even reply to a request for information using their secure...
