Absolutely the worst dry cleaner I have ever been to. I went there once and the older woman argued with me that I needed to dry clean as oppose to wash and hang my shirts. She then yelled at me when I told her I needed my shirts as soon as possible (within two days), and she told me rush orders are not appreciated. I excused the rude attitude and wrote it off assuming the old lady must've just been tired late in the day. Reluctantly I returned... this time a younger woman (presumably the daughter)... who felt the need to lecture me on my dry cleaning habits. I recently brought my clothes in...

Tribeca Cleaners lost two pairs of pants of mine and then had the nerve to accuse me of never dropping them off when in fact, I personally brought them to their store. The ensuing conversation was sureal with the owners explaining to me that lots of people lose or forget about clothes and then try to blame it on them. I now have two suit jackets without pants.

The women who runs this dry cleaner is condescending, has a terrible attitude, and offers VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. As a first time customer I was asked to "pre-pay" for my dry cleaning. I have never experienced this in any dry cleaner…
