placed an order online and then called them a few minutes later to ask if they could add something to the order. accepted the change as if it was not a problem at all so they get good marks for customer service. received an email that something was backordered so there was a 2 day delay in shipping. on our second order a week or so later, everything was shipped the same day.

I have used Tri-State as a primary supplier for my AV install business for several years. They have a wide selection of quality products and fair prices. I dont know about the guy ripping on Mark here, but mark has been most helpful to me and often gone over and above what I would expect
