HOrrible Prices, Gouging us to no end! Cant believe this company is still in business! I would almost rather go to a big box (though I would NEVER go to a big box for computer services).

I went to Tri-State Computers because my Laptop was not booting up. They quickly found the problem - a bad hard drive, and yet were still able to retrieve my data off my hard drive (thank goodness!). They made an exact identical of my hard drive's data by cloning it, and set everything back up on the new hard drive so it was ready to go for me like nothing ever even happened. Now I get my data...

Was having an issue with my old Dell PC, they were able to get my data off the failing hard drive and burn to DVD's. The turn around time was less than 2 days! Would highly recommend.
