I'm giving them only 3 stars not based on the quality of their work, but because they no longer seem to be interested in workaday projects like ordinary repairs to ordinary cars. They do good work...

First off, unless you jack up your car yourself, pull your engine and thoroughly inspect the "work" that has been done (which could even mean pulling your engine apart to see if they even put gaskets in where theyre supposed to go instead of just silicone grease), then you may not know what exactly they've done to your car.

These guys are definitely one of the top three shops for RX-7s in so cal. They know rotories inside & out. Many if not all the mechanics race on a regular basis. Although all this expertise comes at a cost, they are also very expensive. Its worth it though, their work is the best. I wouldnt want any one else to work on my third gen!
