Total Scam. Everything the other reviewers say is true, especially the review that states that as long as there are jobs, Tim Iwanicki will answer your call and take your cash, but, when you have problems, which you will, he won t answer your call or fix anything. It is true. This company does not do professional work. Promises he will fix anything that isn't right but doesn't follow through. He doesn't return phone calls or emails. Find another contractor. Check out the BBB rating of F which says he did not respond to complaints and did not fix what was not right.

All these reviews are true, Hes a very good contractor when he sees there is money to be made he will answer every phone call and come to your house ASAP. As soon as he sees that he might be losing money or there are any complications he starts to run away from the problems (avoiding phonecalls or having someone else answer them for him) HIS main problem is he is not a contractor he is a "HANDY...

His site states "One area that TRI General Contractors LLC prides themselves in is the ability to be prompt when meeting clients as well as completing the job on time and in a professional manner. They stand behind the work they do."

That being said, It has been over 1.5 years since Tim "completed" work on my house...but he hasn't completed everything yet. His company missed a few things...
