Mark was very polite and apologetic when his previous customer ran 17 minutes into my appointment time. Got my smog done in a reasonable about of time and was on my way. The waiting room was clean...

Got good service and fast. No complaints. Didn't blow me away but they knew what they were doing. Honored our coupon and did a great job. Will probably go again on my other car.
