Been a member there for a lot of years. I've gotten 3 car loans over the past 12-15 years and paid them all off early. When I walked in there not one person smiled and made me feel welcomed. They all looked at me like I was an interruption to their day. With an almost 800 credit score and a less than 30% debt to income ratio I felt I would give them a chance to earn my business again.
