Well they closed down, but right before they did so, the items I purchased arrived. The appliance guy got me two incorrect things, but of course now can't return them. Bait and switch . . . not...

they don't seem to answer their phone and when it does pick up there is no pre recorded message saying that you have reached a business.Must of closed. or they have really poor customer service.

Save yourself lots of aggravation

They are very nice when you're in the show room. Will promise you everything you want and reasonable prices. But once you've ordered and paid your money, the headaches start. They will have a difference excuse for each time they miss thier ""promised"" delivery date. Your contractors and workmen will have to reschedulle to finish work and project will take twice as long. And Tresch will get angry with you for expecting them to fulfill their agreements. Go to anyone but these guiys.

+ Lots of "sweet talk" when in show room. Makes you feel like you're getting personalized...
