I called this man for an estimate. He left an estimate on the door the following morning. I liked what I had seen and called him back right away. I noticed he didn't answer the phone but he did that initially so no big deal. I left a message and noticed after five hours, he didn't return my phone call. Didn't take a rocket science for me to figure out the type of job and dollar amount was not...
