Help us make it rightDo yourself a favor and avoid this store. I was warned by several people to not shop here, but couldn't find what I was looking for elsewhere. The commissioned employees are great up until your furniture arrives. We had several pieces of damaged furniture. It was like pulling teeth to get them to re-order and help get our furniture in. Once it was here, it still was damaged. (This is the same reason others warned not to shop here) What is on the display floor and what you get are not the same items. The customer service was horrible. I was told that they didn't want to speak with us anymore and don't want to do business with us if we are that "way" about wanting what we paid for. The owner Donna even stated that they don't have the highest quality of furniture. (Their furniture is made in Vietnam) They attempted to fix the damage, but in the process damaged the furniture more. On top of that they did extensive damage to my house and refuse to fix this. Now they have stated they don't wish to talk to us or do business with us again. We are left with damaged merchandise and a damaged house.
I placed an order for Baby room furniture on July 6 2019. Per their website and receipt it states Please allow 4/6 wks to ship Aug16 would be the end of the 6 wk timeline, as such I emailed them on Aug14 requesting an update for when items would ship. No response. Followed up with 2nd email on Aug17 once again requesting an update. Email also went unanswered. On Aug21 sent another email requesting update / call back from a manager, no response. I waited a few hours then called them at and spoke to someone informing them of my order, lack of any response to my emails and questioning on when...
Four of us went in and shopped for an afternoon spending nearly $3K in bedding and furniture to include custom upholstered pieces. We had an enjoyable experience with Angela, the salesperson, and every single one of us left the store that day with the same understanding of how their shipping process worked and the general timeline of when the furniture would be delivered.
Sometimes, things don't work out as planned, right? Expectations get dashed. People make mistakes. I get it.
It's worth noting - had any of us suspected it was even a remote possibility that the furniture would NOT...
Please save yourself some headache and DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! The store is very nice inside, with nice furniture and other products, however this is the worst shopping experience that I have had in many years, maybe ever. The customer service is HORRIBLE! The manager Donna was instantly combative and rude when I requested to cancel an order. I am still pretty shocked at how she treated me. I can not discern what would cause a manager to treat her customers the way I was treated. After reading a few reviews I guess I can see that I am not alone. I wish I would have read the other reviews...
Worst customer service ever!! I would avoid this store at all cost. Although the items are nice, they are terribly over-priced. I've given Treasure Rooms several chances to earn a good review from me and time after time they disappoint me with a terrible experience. Extremely rude and extremely over-priced. Find another store that is worth your business.
I would agree with all of the negative comments. Most of all the owner / manager is very rude, does not listen to any problems and blames others instead of taking responsibility for his employees and his own actions. Very Rude!!
