I can not tell you how terrible this hair was . A waste of 250.00. Poor customer service. After advising the hair was bad the owner advised that I cowash the hair which had only been installed 3 days . I guess their priority is money over repeat customers . Never again . I will use rags to riches . No one should have to wash a bag of brand new hair . I would have done better at the beauty...

Terrible batch of hair. Money wasted. Customer service was awesome before purchase. However, took over a week for owner to reply after I sent pics of shedding, tangling, dry hair. This happened 2 weeks after hair was installed.

I'm not usually a hair wearer and love that its low maintenance! BEST QUALITY hair I have EVER had! I'm already on my 5th install and it's still looks natural, full, and beautiful! I LOVE this hair! Definitely worth it!
