I wanted to use my Wyndham Rewards points in Seattle and this is the hotel that came up. After putting my friend's name on the reservations since he would arrive sooner, and contacting both the hotel and Wyndham to assure there would be no problem, he arrived and was not allowed to check in, stating I had to be there....

Plenty of room for improvement

For what you charge, you could at least change pillowcases daily. A/C in the room rattled like an old car so I just used the fan though temps that day were in high 90's. Remote control was dirty, (read somewhere that this is one of the nastiest items in a hotel room next to the bedspread).

I was very disappointed in this "hotel". It was more like a motel. There was a sign on the door that said not to leave anything in the room or my vehicle, because they wouldn't be responsible. Instead of providing a bottle of shampoo and one of conditioner, they provided two of conditioner. When I asked about getting some shampoo,...

Just fine for the money

Considering the modest price and the convenient location, this hotel/motel is just fine. Room had everything needed, was clean and staff were cordial. I brought a sound machine to drown out Hwy 99. Would stay there again.

Have stayed many times starting in 1997 when it was the Emerald Inn. Over the yrs the price has gone up but the motel has been updated, and so has the neighborhood. When traveling to Seattle we always think about this motel first, and are usually able to get a room. You can only get better prices if you stay...
