Travel by Jen "was" a good discount vacation package agency. Something changed a few years ago and they are now a typical Bait and Switch Big City rip-off business. Their advertised price is NEVER available. They advertise "only $$$ more from other departure cities". That is NEVER what the price actually is. Count on 3 or 4 times the base price from Miami. Horrible Service. Never Again Citysearch

WATCH OUT if you are booking with travelbyjen. very misleading. it has been a week long headache with them. with NO results. When we went to book our trip, they couldn't find it for the price they quoted....
