Great Service and Knowledge for our Italy trip

Natalie was great! Gave us some great options for our trip to Italy. She gave us some great hotel options with local attractions that were near by in good better best price ranges.
She also helped us book our car for the week we were in Europe.
Her Customer Service was incredible.
Our flight was cancelled the morning of the trip due to weather in ATL and I called Natalie in a panic and she helped me reroute our flight that same day, which caused us to miss the NYC snow fiasco that left many passengers snowed in while we were drinking wine in Roma.
I would use her again and again!

I have used this travel site several times and so have a few of my friends and family. Every time, the price beats Travelocity, Orbitz and some of the big, known sites. Plus, it has more of a personal touch because I know I am buying from a friend that I trust and like. I highly recommend this site to anyone that is planning to book their vacation!
