We have been a customer for over a year. Performance of the servers was satisfactory. Sales overpromised and underdelivered. Accounting over invoiced us by over a $1000 in one year, when we confronted them to fix it, we were told its a sunk cost nothing can be done now. Needless to say we felt exploited.
