We were in Provo from out of state and my daughter's permanent retainer partially broke off. Our orthodontist from home recommended Dr. Trapnell. Dr. Trapnell's office was amazing!! They were super friendly on the phone and got us in for a same day emergency appointment despite not being a patient of theirs. Dr. Trapnell took his time explaining our options without us feeling rushed. He looked at what was needed and determined the best plan for our financial situation. Very pleased we chose this office!
