I have used this service 3 times for doctor appointments for my Mom who is in a nursing home. 2 out of the 3 times the service was late getting to the doctors office, and the last time my Mom was almost turned away because she was 30 minutes late for her appointment. I am presently looking for a new transport service for Mom.
