I have lived at Trailside for a year and a half. To me, that is a very short time to decline from okay to NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY!
At first, it seems good. The parking has one assigned spot, but if you have two cars, you better trade them in for two scooters or motorcycles. Some tennants have cars that just sit and take up prime spots.
