Sometimes I love this place and others I hate it. The good- some teachers are great whether it be classes such as cardio river challenge, buts and guts classes but some teachers .... Not so much....

Horrible costumer service. I signed up my son for swimming lessons and when i wanted to transfer or cancel them, no one could help me. There is only one person in the whole place who does it and of course i could never get hold of her. Very frustrating. The place is very nice and they are always very helpful when you want to sign up for lesson or to get a membership, but for cancellations or...

My kids & I went 2day for the 1rst time & we loved it!! Great idea to visit on the up coming winter. Although the member card's price, not affordable for non rich people nor people living out of the district area. Otherwise the daily pass it's ok.
