I had a tire smoking on my horse trailer and they were too busy to even pull it off and look. If you can schedule your breakdowns fine, otherwise, don't bother with these people.

my hitch looked great! but then when I called because of an electrical issue I had when I got the truck back, I got cussed at and hung up on more than once. I love my hitch and it was a decent price, but if you have any issues afterwards they won't help!
