Help us make it rightThis guy, Karl Trahan, RARELY shows up when he says he will. REFUSES to answer the many messages you leave on his phone(s). Sometimes he just disconnects the numbers so you really can not contact him. His work and work ethic is lacking. Always has an excuse when he feels like giving you one. Usually he ignores your questions. DO NOT pay this guy before the job is completed. DO NOT pay him any money until the job is completed. Unhappy with the results. Would never hire again.
Did an okay job on the roof. Bent up a piece of flashing and just nailed it back up. Asked them twice to come back and fix if and both time they are a no-show. Originally told they would do it in a day, it took two.
Great job replacing my roof. Efficient, courteous, professional and prompt.Took care not to damage any of the landscaping and cleaned up was great left my yard cleaner then when they came. As Mr. Trahan said you won't even know we were there, except you'll have a new roof. Would hire again in a heart beat!!
Totally unreliable, provided bad workmanship that resulted in double expense when another contractor had to be hired to fix his mess, took property off the job site, and never returned calls...made excuses and didn't show up for appointments. Don't hire this guy.
I had them put a roof on my house, part of the job was to replace the fascia board and repair some rotten decking. They only replaced 3 sides of fascia and left some rotten decking. Complete Rip-off. This guy charged me $250 to make a 15min repair on my roof 2 months ago. He gave me a 1 year warranty. The same leak is leaking now and although I have spent 1 month calling him and asking him to stop by my house to check the leak he has only lied, saying he will show up and never does.
