Every morning when we eat breakfast we are fortunate enough to have Laura Barlow as our server and we wouldn't have it any other way. She is always quick to smile and remembers what we like to drink even to the detail of 2% milk for the kids as opposed to whole or skim. We always have a relaxing experience...

Buffets were great

We ate the seafood buffet the first night we were there. Unfortunately there was not enough variety for my 13 year old son & there wasn't enough "plain" food there for him for the price. However, I asked the waitress for some kind of plain potato & she brought him delicious roasted potatoes that were perfect with the prime rib....

We did the Friday Seafood Buffet with my daughter and her family, 3 kids, 8,5, and 4. We had a wonderful waitress and all the servers were very helpful. There were lots of things for the kids to partake of and they enjoyed walking along and choosing what they would have. Maybe not the most sumptuous food you will ever...

I didn't know you needed to get reservations in early to eat in any of the taverns in Colonial Williamsburg so by 4:30 we were hungry, sweaty and out of luck. The very nice lady I had reached when trying to make my too late reservations suggested Traditions. We walked into this super nice restaurant looking pretty ragged. My kids...
