caldwell is small to begin with but i hated these apartments.
we just so happen to hit in the middle of the ghetto.
parties all night till 4 in the morning and they wouldn't shut up.
dont go here.
the manager was very nice and never complained, although that may be why we heard all the noise everyday all night.

Tradition Square Apartmarts are nice and kept very well. The problem here is with the noise and people hanging out in the parking lot all hours of the night. You call the local police dept. and complaine....they do nothing. It might be helpful if they had a onsite manager to help control the problems. The manager now is never there and if you do have a complaint you have to wait for days to get...
