I called yesterday morning and was told that I would have someone out around 6 pm which was good for me cause I had errands to run in the early afternoon well I got back and I had a paper on the door that I missed them this was around 2-3 pm so I called and was told I was still on the board for 6 pm well it was storming at that time So I figured I would get a phone call but nope no phone call...
