The nirvana of grocery stores—depending on whom you ask, of course—and the result of what Hetzel says is the best call he's ever made. The store sits on the old Arcadia Theater site, and its vast parking lot (for store-use only during business hours, and available for the Libertine and Truck Yard after) was made possible by the demolition of the nightclub Encore.
