I personally have to say that I thought the company had some pretty poor customer service this morning when I called to request a handyman service, all I wanted was a gutter repaired very simple, to simple I guess. The lady who answered said that it would be $110.00 for a min of a hour and $75.00 an hour after that. I said that is fine, since it would only take less then a 1/2 hr to fix. Then...

My first dealings with this company were when Tracy was still calling the business Case Design and Handyman services. I am still having issues with the install of my bathroom because they used a bad plumber sub-contractor and then did a substandard repair job to the wall after it was water damaged. I had to pay someone else to come take out the entire shower and repair it correctly after...
