You can return things here without a receipt, what is this amateur hour? This is unheard of since the dawn of something called computers. I don't know how they expect to compete with larger retailers if they can't provide basic customer service. First and last time buying something here!

For a small mall shoe store, they have a decent selection of outdoor brands. The staff have always been friendly when I have come in.
