I sponsored our corporate event at their facility in Mar 2014 and have to say that it was a disappointment. We had set up everything well in advance in regards to reserving the track, providing food and drinks, and trophy's for the end of the event. I received a call the day of the event stating that they had run out of trophy's and would have to get more. They did provide some medals in their place but they were not personalized as we had asked. Once we did arrive, we were greeted and taken to our room - as far away as possible from everything. Our family of 4 went on a Saturday early evening & had to wait about an hour for our time to ride the go-karts. It was a bit run down but still very popular. Had lots of people there. We rode twice because 10 minutes goes by very fast. Paid $100 for 20 min. for the 4 of us, expensive...

Track 21's best feature is that it has many different venues that can be done at once. It can cater to the young, old, and everything else. Got a great deal with groupon. It was my first time to try laser tag and it was awesome! The staff was energetic and friendly in the whole place. We will definitely go back when I'm in that part of town again.

The Go Karts are FAST and fun! First time I went there was a short wait time second time it was 2 hours so it can be good or bad. Laser tag is meh especially comparing to laser quest. Putt putt is fun but small and not the greatest. I wouldn't go back for laser tag or putt putt but...
