I rented a little condo from TPM for about a year. We ended up needing to sell the contract early and unfortunately had to pay the "contract sell fee" in the contract. I needed a place to rent this past summer and was surprised by the selection and variety of properties that TPM offered. I also know the owner of the company personally. e is a good honest man. The place I found was inexpensive and clean. The two biggest must have on my list.I wanted to make sure I got my deposit back so i followed their written move out instructions. I received everything back.

I rented from them for 5 years, they miss applied my payments to another tenant with a similar last name 3 times then charged me a $50.00 late fee each time. Each time I had to call a dozen times to get the late fee reversed. Then when I moved out I cleaned the house cleaner than it was (dead mice all over when I moved in, over grown lawn, dust everywhere, LITERALLY dead mice everywhere) they...

TPM is great. It seems like a lot of people have had negative experiences; however, mine has been very positive. Check out the individual apartments because every apartment is different (thus, some people have had terrible experiences). The maintenance usually responds by the next day. You have to call them up.

How is this company still in business? they have no idea what it takes to operate a business. Worst customer service ever.... I could go on and on ****fire angela cook***** several friends of mine have complained about her. I personally had the worst experience with her. Why does she still have a job?
