The staff here are unnecessarily rough with the children. I have seem them pulling children forcefully by the arms or nearly dragging them away from something. I have witnessed staff yelling at children to shut up when they are crying, heard staff calling the director and administrative staff idiots and trash talking them, and most of the staff is generally unprofessional and do not exhibit...

Extremely unprofessional and facility is old and ridden with cockroaches. The children are out of control due to lack of consistency and structure. Owners seem to not care anymore and are hanging on by a thread.

So far it's been an excellent experience. The only things I dont like have nothing to do with the facility or the people there, it's with the school district for not allowing packed lunches and small things like that because they have to follow state and government guidelines. My daughter absolutely loves the teachers and is doing very well there.
