Poorly organized, and the customer service was worse YP.com

The store was only somewhat busy today but few sales staff were available to assist customers. The games were hard to find, and the selection wasn't that good either. I needed help with in the video game area, the sales staff was hard to find and when I did find someone they only pointed to an aisle where I "should" find it.
