The gentleman was very helpful with everything..my only complaint is that I DID refuel the truck to half tank, yet he called me back Sunday morning..after I had dropped the truck off Saturday evening..to tell me the truck was only at 3/8 tank..that it was "almost half tank but not quite" and that I would be billed over $60 and he was going to have to refuel it himself. I DID refuel this vehicle...

More accuracy on fuel in tank. Actual reading was below what was indicated on the rental agreement, which was pointed out to operator, who shrugged it off. I as customer felt a bit hostaged.

Give better directions to the location. 2nd street is broken in to two different areas and a GPS sends you down a dead end.

I had expected that the cab would have been cleaned of papers and debris. The bed also needed swept before I moved my stuff in. Also, I only recieved half of the furniture pads I was supposed to, and many of them were soaked.
