Great option for lunch. Their burger is the best I've ever had and it can come with yummy side salad so you get a little healthy with your burger. Street parking easy around lunch time

I recently made reservations for my birthday dinner here for my family and I. We had a great experience. We all three ordered steak dishes and everything came out quickly and cooked to order. Towson Tavern was always our go-to restaurant...until a recent visit. On our visit Feb. 2017, we all remarked at how SMALL the portions had become! In addition, the quality of the meals has declined. I ordered scallops and four very small scallops came out on top of very over-salted grits (gross). It was not good at all. My dinner companion had the rock fish.
