The apartments are gorgeous. The amenities are amazing... pool, theater room, Starbucks coffee machine, garage parking, tight security, friendly staff, etc. My only gripe is with the numerous false fire alarms. The alarm has gone off when I'm in the shoewer at 2 in the afternoon, when I'm making dinner at 7:30pm, when I'm still sleeping at 8 am... the alarms are CONSTANT and are starting to...

Lived there for one year, very spacious apartments and decent value for the money. Most apartments are dark (at least those facing courtyard on a low floor), garage doors are broken half the time, fire alarm system malfunctioned at the worst possible times on numerous occasions during my stay and the …

I have been living at Towson Promenade since September 2015 and I absolutely love my apartment. If you are interested in a loft feel apartment this is definitely the place for you. There are minor kinks when it come to management but since the new developed staff I have seen major improvements. I would recommend this apartment but to only to a select few that understand apartment living.
