The manager is great. Very attentive to tenants needs. Maintenance man is also very conscientious. Homes well built. Utility bills low (3rd floor apt). Noise level from other tenants almost non-existent. Traffic noise is significant but a good floor fan will drown out the noise. The one thing that needs serious attention is snow/ice removal. The apartment itself is nice, but the walls are PAPER thin. As of right now I can hear the people above us walking (although it sounds as if they're doing jumping jacks.) You hear every little thing from water running to vacuuming at friggin 12am. I really can not stand it!!!!!!! Also the washer/dryer set they supply you with is loud as hell.. I guess i'm just a big noise person and if you are...

I arrived in Anchorage Oct of 2006 from Korea. Upon meeting the apartment management (a husband /wife team), I signed a lease for an apartment. They made feel very comfortable with my choice in moving into Townsquare Manor. I only wonder what I'll do when new management takes over. The couple actually cared about their tenants....we'll see if the new manager can gain my endorsement.

This place started out nice when I moved in but Has become not so good. Management does nothing when people party til 2-3 am. The rent is 1450 a month and thats way too much for the crap you have to put up with here.
