Pretty small (no boating except for the paddle boats and paddle swans) lake in the heart of McKinney.Huge trees, and walking path - during the summer the city hosts events there too.

Fabulous Park

Love this park. It has a nice jogging/walking trail around the lake. It is wide enough to make a lap or two. It also has sand volleyball field, playground, and grill areas.
There is a small food stall where you can buy snacks.
During Summer time, they have a paddle boat swans to use for a small fee.

This community park includes a 22-acre lake, lit hike / bike trails, two picnic pavilions, restroom / concession services, playground, two sand volleyball courts, nine lighted horseshoe courts, fishing pier, paddle boat rentals, “Memories” bronze statue and onsite parking.
