Love tower hobbies and there products had a small issue with customer service only but tower hobbies handled it quick and fixed it fast.thank you for the service and handling quick can't beat that thank you

Ordered from Tower back in the beginning of august. Made some orders to other companies, and received them all within 2 weeks. Still waiting for Tower Hobbies. Called customer service and they cannot give me a tracking # whereas all other suppliers did and was able to track until delivery.
Tower Hobbies. Good inventory, competitive prices, but lousy shipping methods. This will be the last time...

Been buying from Tower since I built my first glider in 1980, i had to give my grandmother cash to pay the COD delivery and would be dying to get out of school to see if they had delivered!
