This buffet restaurant is located in Water Tower Place - in the food court behind Macy's. The salad bar is fully stocked with a variety of fresh vegetables, cheeses, toppings and dressings. We were hunting for lunch yesterday after arriving at the hotel and found this great unique buffet. Lots of different foods, sandwiches, pastries, drinks, and even a wine bar and bottled wine.
