I went in today to look a seats for my f800gsa and I found the young clerk (I didn't catch his name) to be helpful and friendly. Most of all I enjoyed the fact that he was approachable which isn't always the case (how many of us have entered a bike/accessory store to find the clerk to be a snob pretend bike guru?). Anyways, I ended up buying the seat so he helped me carry the seat to my car...

My dad placed an order in the beginning of May. Never got the equipment. He forgot about it. Today he gets an email from UPS saying that it was delivered... today.. .July 22nd, but we don't live at that address anymore. The order was placed more than 2 months ago. The person on the phone did nothing to help us.
