I bought my first Baby Lock sewing machine and serger recently and what a joy they are. Also, the service and prices were the best. Will recommend them to anyone who wants to listen.

I have both a Imagine Serger and Craft Sewing Machine from Babylock. I live in Clarkston, WA, and I will ONLY go to Totem Lake for service on either of my machines. They do an awesome job and turn around time is quick -- price VERY reasonable. We have a place in Lewiston ID that ""says"" they repair Babylock machines and service -- I tried them once and will NEVER return as after three weeks they had not replaced the simple little part I needed. I called Kristen and she sent me the part and I put it on....all at NO CHARGE! They know EXACTLY what the machine parts are -- I feel blessed...

The family that operates this store has been in business over 20 years. My mother and I have both purchased sergers and embroidery machines from them. The personalized training they provide for the machines they sell is unmatched. And the repair service is excellent - for all makes of machines.

Bob, Ruth and Kristin do care about the customers who walk through their door. The Babylock machines are excellent and they know them inside out.
I have shopped at Totem Lake Sewing for over 15 years and I have always received excellent response to any question.
