Dave B. came to do an A/C repair. The work was finished in less time than I expected and Dave took the time to explain what he did, test the system and show me that it is now working properly. I've always had very good experience with TTC and highly recommend them.

Made an appointment yesterday, and Dave B. came to our house first thing this morning. He was professional and thorough and caught things that could have become a problem going forward. Not very often you find service that goes above and beyond. Will be going with Total Temp. Control from now on and asking for Dave B. in the future.

I rec'd their card in the mail and deside to call and make a appointment for the next day. the teck arrived right on time. went right to work and a little later he reported that he check and put things in working order for the coming winter. I was happy! I A good job well done.

I called at 8am this morning and spoke to a very helpful woman who scheduled me for the afternoon. Ryan came out at 2:30pm, could not have been nicer or more efficient, and my A/C was fixed by 3:15pm! Could not recommend them more!

I had Ryan out for a service call. As a new customer he was polite, on time and engaging. He was done before I knew it, and although i had company visiting, we never knew he was there. I will request him on all of my service calls.
